Do not buy this book. It's free on the Internet.

This author has hundreds of books under the name examville, e staff and quick review notes. He gets most all of his material from the Internet and often cuts and pastes the material from websites without changing anything at all. He's been scamming people for at least three years as his earliest books seem to be from 2011. I doubt that there's an actual Examville "staff". It's probably the same person publishing all of the books who has managed to make thousands of dollars in the last three years from copying websites that people can use for free.

Many repeats wanted more info and it was just multiple repeats of same disorders. Wish Amazon would allow for sampling of this book as I would not have purchased it.
